I avoid sticking to one way of training because of there are many benefits in practicing different movements & it keeps the program fresh and exciting. I work hard to inspire & teach you that all fitness works, we just have to do the ones we like and stay consistent.

COVID-19 is affecting our communities in a lot of ways. It shouldn’t impact your workout. Liza is offering sessions through skype, facetime, and whatsapp so you can enjoy a contact-free training session and stay safe & healthy.

 

A private, individualized session where the program is created by Liza specifically for your body type! As a trainer she studies your body movements to correct exercise form & intensity while tracking progress to lead you to your fitness goals.


Two or more participants grrrrinding together to reach their fitness goals. Liza evaluates each person to create a program that will work for each participant.
